Bleu Cheese Crisps 1/4 cup butter, softened 1 teaspoon grated onion 3/4 cup crumbled bleu cheese 1/2 cup cheddar cheese,grated 3/4 cup flour, sifted Preheat oven 450 degrees. Mix all ingredients well. Shape into small balls and place on ungreased baking sheet. Press with fork to form small wafers. Chill 2 hours. Bake in 450 degree oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Yield 3 dozen
