Maui Onion Souffle 2 large Maui onions, chopped 2 cups shredded cheese 1 3/4 cups mayonnaise 1/4 teaspoon Tiger Sauce 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 8 ounces water chestnuts, canned, chopped Combine all ingredients in an ovenproof dish. Bake at 375-degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve with crackers. Printable version: onion-souffle.txt.
