CAJUN SPICE BLEND 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon white pepper 1/4 teaspoon red (cayenne) pepper 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon salt CAJUN SAUCE 2 Tablespoons margarine 2 Tablespoons flour 1 Cup milk 3/4 Teaspoon spice blend Make a standard white sauce from the flour, margarine and milk. Stir in the spice.
