Bean & Sauerkraut Casserole 28-oz can baked beans 1 1/2 cups brown sugar 2 tablespoons ketchup 14-oz can sauerkraut, rinsed 1 package smoked polish sausage, cut into 1 inch chunks Combine all ingredients. Pour in a 2 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 325 for 2 hours. Printable version: beans-sauerkraut.txt.
