Creamy 2-Step Cheesecake 8 oz package cream cheese, softened 1/3 c. sugar 8 oz tub whipped topping, thawed 6 oz graham cracker or chocolate pie crust Mix cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer or wire whisk until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator. Printable version: 2-step.txt.
