Pimento Cheese

1/2 lb orange cheese, medium sharpness
1 small jar chopped pimentos
mayonnaise
pepper

Grate up the cheese, add the jar of pimentos.  (I don't put the
pimento liquor in mine, but my mother does.) Add enough mayo that
it's the consistency you like and *plenty* of black pepper.  No
salt because of the cheese.
