Sausage and Spinach Sandwich Loaf

1 pound bread dough, frozen
1 pound Italian sausage
1 large onion, chopped
10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed
1/4 teaspoon red pepper, crushed
2 1/4 ounces black olives, sliced, drained
2/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
melted butter

Thaw bread dough as package directs. Meanwhile, remove sausage
casings and crumble meat into a frying pan with the onion. Cook
over medium heat until meat is browned and onion is limp; discard
fat. Squeeze out spinach; stir spinach and pepper into pan. On
a floured board, roll dough into an 11x15-inch rectangle. Scatter
meat mixture onto dough to within 1 inch of edges. Sprinkle with
olives and cheese.  Starting with a long side, roll up tightly;
pinch ends and seams.

Place loaf seam side down on a greased baking sheet; tuck ends
under. Brush with melted butter and slash top. Bake in a 350
degree oven until golden, about 35 minutes. Cut into thick slices.
