Seafood Stirfry

oil
1 chopped onion
1 handful pound mange tout
1 handful baby sweetcorn 
small amount thinly sliced white cabbage 
1/2 bottle oyster sauce
crab sticks, chopped

1/2 lb mixed seafood:  mussels, cockles, squid recommended
2 tblespoons soy sauce

In a wok or shallow frying pan heat oil until fairly hot but not
smoking.  Add onion, mange tout, baby sweetcorn and white cabbage.

Stir fry for 2 mins then add seafood and soy sauce.  Fry for 2
minutes more, then add oyster sauce and crab sticks.

Serve as soon as the sauce has heated through.  Serve with rice or
noodles.
