Shrimp Pel Pel 10 oz. shrimp 1/2 cup diced onion 1/2 cup diced tomato 1/2 cup diced green, red or, yellow bell pepper 1 Tbs. black pepper 1 to 3 Tbs. Paprika salt to taste 1 Tbs. garlic white wine Peel and clean the shrimp. Heat a saute pan over med-high heat and add a little olive oil. Toss in the shrimp and count to 10, then add onion, garlic, and bell pepper and count to 10, then add a splash of wine, finally add the tomatoes and spices. Keep tossing ingrediants continously. Let it cook for no more than 4 minutes. Serve over Cous Cous. Printable version: shrimp-pel-pel.txt.
