Grilled Stuffed Squid 

6-8 small squid
2/3 cup rice
1 1/3 cups water
1 tomato
cilantro
garlic
salt and pepper
Lime
prepared adobo sauce 

Saute the tentacles and garlic in a bit of olive oil, salt and
pepper.  Prepare the rice as you usually would.  When done and cool
to the touch, add a chopped tomato, a generous handful of chopped
cilantro, and the tentacles. Stuff the squid with the rice mixture
and pin the cavity together with a toothpick.  Marinate the stuffed
squid in a few tablespoonsful of adobo sauce mixed with lime.
Grill until tender.
