Seafood Stuffing 1/2 cup olive oil 5 large cloves garlic, crushed 1/2 lb medium shrimp, diced 1/2 lb bay scallops, diced 1/2 lb crab meat, imitation is okay 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp sherry cooking wine 1 cup Italian flavored bread crumbs Add oil and two cloves of garlic to a pan on medium heat. Cook a few minutes. Add the shrimp, scallops, crab meat, and the remaining cloves of garlic. Cook 3 to 4 minutes over med-hi heat. Add the Worcestershire sauce and the wine. Cook another 3 to 4 minutes and add the bread crumbs. If needed, add small amounts of water to obtain the right consistency. Printable version: stuffing01.txt.
