Matzdoon Soup (Armenian Yogurt Soup) (4 servings) 1/2 cup fine egg noodles 1 quart chicken broth 1 egg 2 to 3 cups plain yogurt Cook noodles in chicken broth. In a medium bowl, beat egg. Then beat in the yogurt. Slowly beat some of the hot broth into the yogurt mixture, then add the yogurt mixture to the noodles and broth. Heat through but do not boil.
