Avocado and Spinach Soup 

1 packet frozen spinach (thawed), (250 g )
2 avocados 
juice of one lemon
1 clove garlic, crushed
700 mls chicken stock
1 teaspoon cumin
light sour cream for garnish

Place all ingredients except sour cream in the food processor,
process until smooth. Place in a large bowl, cover and chill. Serve
in 4 bowls with a swirl of sour cream to garnish.
