Mashed Potatoes 6 large potatoes, peeled, cubed and boiled 8 oz can evaporated milk 1 stick margarine salt and pepper After potatoes are peeled, diced, boiled and drained, add the margarine, a pat or two at a time until melted. Mix well. Use hand mixer to whip potatoes while adding a little evaporated milk at a time until creamy. Add salt and pepper to taste. All potatoes are a little different in size so it's impossible to say exactly how much milk to add. You just have to add it until it looks and tastes creamy. Goes really great with Chicken, Roast and Turkey w/gravy! A must for Christmas Dinner!! Makes 4 generous servings. Enjoy!! Printable version: mashed-potatoes18.txt.
